Dr. Michelle Ray is an exceptional physician. She is very detailed in her questions at each medical visit, explains any medical testing needed, and she communicates in plain terms with her patients through the CHRISTUS My Chart online system. As an example, I had a test at the hospital at 4:00p.m. By 4:45 p.m., my results were in my email inbox with a detailed, yet easy to understand summary from Dr. Ray. Each member of our family is now a patient of her practice.

I couldn’t ask for a better health care provider. Dr. Ray got all my needs taken care of, from falling asleep needlessly, to my medication levels, to getting me off a medicine that goes toxic after long usage that another doctor put me on, and she fixed the problem. She doesn’t aim to overmedicate. She gets you off what you don’t need. She explains why. She makes sure you understand. You know she truly cares about your healthcare. She has awesome bedside manner. I am so thankful she is my doctor.

In this whole world of doctors being too busy to listen and giving cookie cutter answers to questions, Dr. Ray is a doctor who is smart, listens, and is caring. The best!!

Dr. Ray is hands down the best primary care physician I've ever had. They consistently demonstrate exceptional care, taking the time to truly listen to my concerns and explain diagnoses thoroughly. Their bedside manner is warm and compassionate, making me feel valued as a patient.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Ray. She takes her time and listens to your concerns. She has been great with my special needs son and his worried mom. I have never not seen her without a smile on her face she makes you feel comfortable. She addresses all my questions and does her best to help find out the answers. Definitely a 5 star doctor. I am glad we found her.
